I believe a good life requires both a stable livelihood and self‑actualization. Through research and education, I walk alongside people as they pursue both while AI reshapes work and careers. My experience spans AI education at NAVER Connect Foundation, AI-integrated career education at Seoul National University, and research at the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training. Now, as a research professor at Korea University Sejong Campus, I work with students to build businesses around their interests and strengths, with AI agents as collaborators. I also lead STELA, a nonprofit community where researchers and practitioners learn and develop their careers together.

My husband, our dog Pori, and I share a simple goal. We want our home to be a warm, peaceful place where we all feel safe. So we often say to each other, “Thank you, I love you, I’m sorry.” We enjoy sharing meals, going for walks, and making time for a run.
